LE34 Vordingborg
In Vordingborg, one of the remotest areas of Zealand, LE34 is right at the heart of where it’s all happening: close to Zealand’s highest point, the Camp Adventure Tower, close to the new Storstrøm bridge, and close to new natural reserves on the island of Møn. And we contribute both classic and innovative land surveying services to all of these projects and more.
Henrik Plenge Jensen, head of department and partner
LE34 Vordingborg has practised surveying in south Zealand and on the island of Møn since 1958. This has given us a thorough understanding of the local area and the cadastral changes it has undergone over the years, and we benefit enormously from this in our daily activities and when advising our clients.
There, wherever you are
At the Vordingborg office, we take pride in our local projects – whether we are making an accurate demarcation of the boundary line between two neighbouring properties, setting out for a building or advising on land and rights management. Time and time again, we devote our expertise to realising our clients’ projects.

The Storstrøm Bridge between Falster and Masnedø is an important local and national connection, and at the same time it secures the international link from Germany to Sweden via Denmark. LE34 has carried out UAV mapping, setting out and other surveying during the construction of the large production halls on Masnedø for the project company SBJV, which is building the new bridge. New state prison on Falster
When the Danish Prison and Probation Service built a new super-prison on the island of Falster, to house 250 inmates, LE34 was responsible for setting out for concrete panels and machine control during the project. We ensured structural accuracy throughout the entire construction phase, and we provide the same service for a wide range of other construction projects in the local area.
How can we help you?
LE34 in Vordingborg handles a wide range of consultancy and surveying tasks for the construction industry, agriculture, the utilities sector and public authorities, among others. We have many years’ experience in traditional land surveying services, such as boundary and property advice, preparation of project charters and local development plans, and negotiations with landowners, to benefit both public and private clients. Registration of underground cables and pipes, subdivision, surveys of owner-occupied apartments, due diligence analysis of easements, setting out for projects, surveys of lease areas and preparation of lease plans are further examples of the kinds of task we handle. We also have extensive experience in geographically locating easements, leases and the like, and we provide the basis for formally registering the documents in the digital land register.
