There, wherever you are
From our office on Industrivej 6, we work on both Roskilde’s most prominent urban development projects and individual Roskilde residents’ most important projects at home. Most of our chartered land surveyors and map and surveying technicians at the Roskilde office live in the city themselves, and it is with great local insight and pleasure that they contribute every day to the development of their own backyard. In addition to the town of Roskilde, we cover large parts of the surrounding area, from Greve to Kalundborg, from Holbæk to Jyllinge, and from Lejre to Odsherred.
Sankt Hans, Julemærkehjemmet, Musicon and Roskilde Badet
Beloved projects have many names. LE34 Roskilde is currently providing land surveying services for the Sankt Hans project, where a large part of the 200-year-old psychiatric hospital is being converted into 400 new homes. We have also been involved in the conversion and extension of Julemærkehjemmet Liljeborg (see photo above), Roskilde Badet, housing development at Indfaldet in Musicon and the new Hyrdehøj care home.
Local knowledge strengthens collaboration
As early as 2016, LE34 began subdividing the former Sankt Hans Hospital for the Capital Region of Denmark, and through this gained extensive knowledge and a solid basis for further work at the site. In addition to being engaged as chartered land surveyor for the urban development of the future Sankt Hans, LE34 is also involved in the construction of the new Psychiatric Centre Sct. Hans.
