LE34 Næstved
Næstved is no exception: LE34 also helps show the way in this part of the country when it comes to gearing construction and infrastructure projects for the future. Nor is Næstved an exception when it comes to our roots in the district: we have been the preferred surveying consultancy in both the town and the surrounding area for 150 years.
Jan Mortensen, Head of Department and Chartered Land Surveyor, LE34 Næstved
The Næstved branch has been the local land surveyor since 1871, and with 150 years of history and experience, we have extensive knowledge of the area and the development it has undergone over the years. We look forward to making our mark on the next 150 years. And with the high-tech support of the rest of the LE34 team, we can provide consulting and execute any type of project we are presented with – big or small – now and in the future.
There, wherever you are
Over the years, Næstved’s chartered land surveyors have passed the baton to their successors. Today, LE34 is Denmark’s largest provider of surveying and land management services. LE34 Næstved is a state-of-the-art office and its staff includes chartered land surveyors, survey technicians, technical designers and a number of other specialists. This means that we will always be able to give you expert help, whether you are a private homeowner who needs us to define a boundary line, a major contractor who requires accurate setting out for a building project, or a municipality that needs comprehensive advice on land and rights.
Joint achievements in Næstved
LE34 contributes on an ongoing basis to new development projects and cultural landmarks that help make Næstved a great place to be. Among other things, we provided the technical foundation for VUC Storstrøm at Munkebakken, which is part of Campus Næstved, and the foundation for Arena Næstved, which has three large halls and room for 4,500 spectators. And then there is the new swimming pool.

If you want to draw a parallel with football, then with the new swimming pool in Næstved we’ve reached the Champions League.
Precision from start to finish
The swimming pool is being built in the Stenlængegård area in the northern part of town and features a wide range of modern facilities such as ramps into the pool, a warm-water pool and a sauna. And a 50-metre pool that can be used for international competitions. That is, provided the pool is actually 50 metres to the millimetre. The tolerance is less than 1 mm. And this is where LE34 comes into the picture. Hear more in the video that the Municipality of Næstved has made with LE34’s map and surveying technician Jannik Jessen.
