LE34 Odense

From our base in Odense, LE34 covers the entire island of Funen.

On some days, our surveying team might simply drive around the corner to perform setting out and measurements for the first phase of the extensive construction of the new university hospital (OUH). On other days, we might pack the car with innovative solutions and help install a 160-tonne marine crane on North Sea Giant, one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated vessels for constructing subsea structures.

Our major clients on Funen include local authorities, regions, the Danish Road Directorate, Banedanmark, contracting companies and utilities companies. We help them establish new bridges, cycle paths, motorways, large buildings, rail track renewal and new sewage pipes.

We help our many private customers with land registration, property boundaries, surveying and setting out for buildings and advice on house purchases.

Not only are they huge in terms of size, they are also the most talked about: the new H C Andersen House in Odense city centre, the new OUH super-hospital and the expansion of the Port of Lindø. All three projects are complex and long-running, and LE34 is providing surveying and land management services to ensure the required accuracy from start to finish.

Due to our roots in the local community, we take pride in participating in projects that improve cultural, everyday and commercial life on the island of Funen. We add value for the local population. And we are involved from start to finish.

We regularly run courses on road law and planning, and their associated dilemmas. The instructors are our own experts from LE34’s department for expropriation and land law.

We always tailor our courses to a municipality’s current requirements.  For example, we have run courses for a variety of professional groups from the City of Odense’s administration.
