LE34 Køge

You do not need to have been in Køge for very long before you realise how fast the town is changing. On the other hand, you will need to have been here a long time if you want to participate in the technical and legal basis for the town’s transformation: LE34 has been the area’s provider of surveying and land management services since 1884.

Original initiatives are valued highly in Køge, but so are developments with respect for the town’s cultural heritage. It’s a great honour and extremely exciting to be part of projects to ensure that the town’s market places, squares and roads create the best possible potential for mobility, urban life and settlement in the future.

There, wherever you are

Køge and the surrounding area are changing and developing on all fronts. You will see new homes and several new residential areas, but traffic conditions are also changing, with new roads, railways and a station. And new streets, a new stadium and commercial developments are transforming the urban landscape. LE34 Køge is involved in these projects, participating before, during and after these major installations materialise.

LE34 Køge is always ready to help your project reach the finish line

Our large team numbers chartered land surveyors, survey technicians, technical assistants and architects, and we look forward to helping you with your project, whether it be a minor case of locating a boundary line between you and your neighbour or a major project to transform an old industrial site into a new urban district.

Cross-disciplinary consultancy shows the way to the green transition

Køge is one of LE34’s powerhouses for consultancy within the green transition – such as the installation of solar arrays, wind turbines and onshore energy hubs. We provide cross-disciplinary consultancy throughout the entire process for major energy developers. From preparing the planning basis to environmental impact assessment. From landowner negotiations to registration of the acquired rights. You are welcome to contact our Head of Environmental Assessment and Planning, Birgitte Blaabjerg Olsen, to hear more about how we help your project reach the finish line safely.

Køge Kyst – a new metropolis

How do you transform an industrial area in a port into a contemporary, maritime urban district that will turn Køge into a new metropolis? There are many phases during such a transformation, involving a broad spectrum of professionals. LE34 has delivered a wide range of land surveying services, including a local development plan, surveying, setting out, subdividing new sites and UAV mapping of the terrain in relation to height above sea level.

New buildings and new infrastructure work together

Construction is booming in Køge – for example Nomeco, Denmark’s largest pharmaceutical wholesaler: the ambition is to build the largest hub in the Nordic region, handling pharmaceuticals worth more than 11 billion kroner annually. Another example is the new Ringsted–Femern railway and the large transport centre – projects that have an extensive impact on the local infrastructure. And projects where LE34 assists with a wide range of land surveying services, from surveying to expropriation, so that everything comes together.
