As chartered land surveyors, we have a finger in many pies in Frederikssund. We are helping build the new swimming pool, the new station in Vinge, the new sewage works in Tørslev and lots of new homes. LE34 has had an office in Frederikssund for over 100 years, and today we are located in the southern part of the town, which makes it easy for us to reach our clients on both sides of the fjord.

LE34 Frederikssund is involved in a broad range of construction projects in the area. We provide classic land surveying services such as subdivision, cadastral rectification, expropriation, site plans, surveying, setting out, registration of cables and pipes, establishment of fixed point networks and as-built documentation. The new bridge over the fjord, Kronprinsesse Marys Bro, not only makes it faster to cross the water, it makes changes to both land ownership and roads. Senior chartered land surveyor at LE34 Dorte Ellegaard and her team advised the Danish State Commissioner for Expropriations throughout the entire expropriation process, making it possible to release the land needed for the new bridge. We were involved before, during and after the inspection and expropriation proceedings and helped ensure that the guidelines were followed throughout the process.
