We cover the city and most of the surrounding area, from Greve to Kalundborg, from Holbæk to Jyllinge, and from Lejre to Odsherred.
Our current projects include new apartment buildings on Søndre Ringvej, subdivision for new housing in the Indfaldet quarter of Musicon, the new Hyrdehøj care home and conversion of the Roskilde Badet swimming complex.
Roskilde Badet is being transformed from a classic swimming pool into a seaside resort, with a wellness centre, water slides and a 50-metre pool. LE34 is one of the many skilful partners involved in the transformation.
We defined the boundary lines and drew up a site plan for the swimming pool for Roskilde Municipality, and we measure up and set out for the building as needed by the contractor during the course of the project.
Getting down to work for the young people
LE34 was involved from start to finish of the project to convert and extend Julemærkehjemmet Liljeborg, a residential home for vulnerable children. The project was a successful partnership between LE34, site and project manager Mole Arkitekter and contractor Kornerup. The round shape of the building placed great demands on accuracy, for instance when setting out for floor structures, stairways and the roof structure.
