No project is too large for LE34. This also applies to the extensive upgrades to public transport in the Danish capital: both the Metro and the light rail. For this reason, we set up a project office in 2008 – LE34 Metrovej – purely dedicated to creating a sound legal basis for the Metro’s City Circle and South Harbour lines and for the capital’s light rail.

Since the companies behind the Copenhagen Metro and the capital’s light rail are located at Metrovej 5, LE34 has chosen the same address. This ensures smooth and seamless collaboration between ourselves and the client, and it means that we are always able to provide advice and perform the necessary jobs, whether the tasks have been planned or the challenges are unforeseen.

Project office since 2008
We have a permanent team of LE34 specialists in land and rights at the project office. We are involved before and during construction work as well as in the final phase of the activities. And we ensure that relations to authorities and neighbours, as well as information to landowners, are handled correctly.
We are also responsible for reviewing and preparing easements– for example, safety easements – for Metroselskabet and Letbaneselskabet, and we provide information about land and rights at public meetings and meetings with landowners.
However, we are not merely a team of LE34 specialists. We make up a strong team together with the client and the other consultants working at Metrovej. This gives great synergy in our daily work; we can discuss all kinds of ad hoc tasks that may not necessarily be associated with the new construction work but draw on our extensive knowledge and experience of acquisition of land and rights.
