We are involved in a wide range of local projects for both private clients and the municipality. Our work spans from advising private homeowners to projects involving new cycle paths and roads, as well as the development of new commercial and residential areas – including Fredensgård. In addition, we have maintained a close collaboration with Silkeborg Forsyning over several years through our framework agreement.
Even more exciting development projects are in the pipeline for Silkeborg and the entire Lake Highlands area, and we look forward to taking part in them in close collaboration with the municipality and the city’s architectural and engineering firms.

Close collaboration to ensure clean drinking water, drainage of wastewater and a good heat supply
LE34 has formed a close partnership with Silkeborg Forsyning. We perform a broad range of surveying and setting out tasks when the utilities company needs to lay new pipes or maintain the existing ones.
In this way, we help ensure that the company has the data and information needed for efficient operation and to promote security of supply.

Development of the Fredensgård residential area
LE34’s office in Silkeborg has for a number of years been involved in a range of local urban development projects. Among other things, we contribute to the development of Fredensgård, a new residential area comprising 293 homes, which will be constructed over the coming years in central Silkeborg, in the wedge between Christian 8’s Vej and Fredensgade.
