A wealth of new development projects attracted LE34 to Silkeborg in 2016. From our base in the city centre, we handle projects for private individuals, the municipality, utilities companies and businesses.
Vejlsøvej 51, Bygning E, 8600 SilkeborgThere, wherever you are
LE34 Silkeborg is your local chartered land surveyor, and we give the best advice in the industry.
We are involved in numerous local projects, such as new cycle paths, new residential areas, urban development of the market square and much more.
There are even more interesting development projects on the drawing board for Silkeborg and its lakelands, and we look forward to participating in them in close collaboration with the municipality and the architectural and engineering companies in the city.
Torbjørn Mandahl Pedersen, chartered land surveyor, partner and director, LE34 Utilities
‘Clean drinking water, directly from the tap. From a global perspective, this is a rare luxury and just one of the many important tasks facing our utilities. We are therefore passionate about providing the technical and legal advice needed to promote security of supply.’
Close collaboration to ensure clean drinking water, drainage of wastewater and a good heat supply
LE34 has formed a close partnership with Silkeborg Forsyning. We perform a broad range of surveying and setting out tasks when the utilities company needs to lay new pipes or maintain the existing ones.
In this way, we help ensure that the company has the data and information needed for efficient operation and to promote security of supply.

Subdivision and infrastructure in the Astrid Lindgren district
It takes more than a bit of imagination and Pippi Longstocking’s powers to realise plans for a completely new district in which the roads are named after the strong-willed children in Astrid Lindgren’s universe. Extensive experience and deep insight into expropriation and legislation on road charges are needed, as well as a flair for entering into voluntary agreements with landowners.
For these reasons, LE34’s specialists were chosen by the Municipality of Silkeborg to handle acquisition of land and rights as well as cadastral subdivision of the new district.
Rasmus Gregersen, chartered land surveyor and partner, LE34
‘Silkeborg is growing fast. Due to a well-developed road network and a wide choice of attractive housing and industrial developments, there is plenty of scope for growth in the municipality. We are therefore looking forward to exciting times ahead, with construction activities at full speed.’
