160 years in the area and more up-to-date than ever: LE34 is the region’s oldest provider of surveying and land management services, and we know the local area inside out. At the same time, we are at the cutting edge of innovation and technological developments such as UAV mapping.
We perform all kinds of surveying and land management services, from setting out for property boundaries to setting out for construction projects (such as the new market square in the heart of Nykøbing Falster), and from formal registration of rights of way for utilities to localisation of drainage pipes.

As chartered land surveyors, we help negotiate agreements with landowners along the new Ringsted-Nykøbing rail section. We also help establish new pipes to connect you to heat and water, and we ensure that the pro rata distribution of contributions to Det Falsterske Digelag (the Falster dike association) works.

Like all of the other branches of LE34, the office in Nykøbing Falster works closely with Denmark’s utilities companies and small-scale waterworks. Our experience enables us to ensure a high-quality water distribution network and good planning.
We are currently involved in a wide range of local projects to establish rainwater retention basins; an important mechanism for managing and controlling cloudbursts which are becoming ever more frequent.
During the process, we handle negotiations with landowners, compensation and acquisition of farmland on behalf of the utilities company. In this way, we help ensure better rainwater run-off, thus minimising the risk of flooded cellars.

Consultant to the effective farmer
LE34 offers an array of specialised services to farmers who want to improve the efficiency of their operations.
We perform surveys of drains using UAVs, and we digitise drainage maps to make it easier to drain away water. We also provide farmers with advice on options and limitations when they are looking to optimise operations.
