New extension? New hospital? No project is too large, or too small, for LE34 Hillerød, which has had its roots firmly planted in this beautiful town since 1843. You may already have made use of our many digital services without realising that LE34 was the originator – for instance, the popular ‘Borgertip Hillerød’ app for use by the local community.
Roskildevej 12B, 1. tv, 3400 HillerødThere, wherever you are
From our base in Hillerød, we handle projects throughout northern Zealand: from Hundested to Elsinore; from Gilleleje to Gentofte.
In connection with construction of the new North Zealand hospital (illustration above, by courtesy of © Herzog & de Meuron – Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekter), we were in charge of cadastral rectification and formal registration of the voluntary agreements on land acquisition and land transfer, ensuring that the 30 ha site in Favrholm could be released for building the hospital.

Hillerød is a city where history meets the future. The development in Hillerød and the surrounding area has been rapid without affecting the cultural heritage. In Hillerød, optimism and enthusiasm are widespread, and we are proud to take part in the city’s development.

LE34 is part of the solution to today’s challenges
Solrødgård, pictured above, is more than merely a wastewater treatment plant – it is a ‘climate and environmental park’ with recycling facilities and recreational spaces. Solrødgård was designed by C.F. Møller Architects, who kindly lent us the illustration, and as surveying consultants, LE34 secured the legal basis for the project by subdividing the site and ensuring land registration.
To connect the new hospital and Hillerød Utilities’ supply area with Solrødgård, new sector mains were laid for water, wastewater and district heating in a number of areas of Hillerød – a total of 40 km of new mains. This was a huge project, and LE34 conducted an extensive declaration analysis to provide the utilities company with an overview of site conditions and rights for the new mains.
More space and adaptation to climate change in the open air
LE34 helps manage climate change. For instance, we conducted extensive surveys and setting out, and we established fixed points for one of Denmark’s largest climate adaptation projects in the northern Zealand town of Kokkedal (photo above left, taken by Ingemann/Degnbol). This project changed the area on numerous levels and created space for new recreational attractions.
We navigate architectural flagships safely into port
The M/S Maritime Museum of Denmark is not merely an architectural flagship, it is yet another example of LE34’s involvement in development and construction work, from beginning to end: we conducted surveys and calculations and provided plans for setting out and surveys.

The older LE34 gets, the more modern we become
Although the Hillerød office from 1843 is one of the sector’s oldest surveying consultancies, we are more modern than ever, and we are involved in some of today’s most relevant projects.
