LE34 Maribo

Contact

LE34’s office lies in the heart of Maribo and at the heart of the island of Lolland. From here, we help shape the future – both our urban districts and our vast nature. From new footbridges and housing to institutions such as Storstrøm Prison. From new roads and railways to the forthcoming Fehmarn tunnel. From formal registration of rights for drinking water pipes to new boundary lines between properties.

There, wherever you are

LE34 has built up a thorough knowledge of the municipalities of Lolland and Gulborgsund over more than 100 years. Our chartered land surveyors, survey technicians and technical assistants handle projects throughout the local area: in the larger towns of Nakskov, Rødby and Sakskøbing and in the holiday home areas of Marielyst and the South Lolland coast.

They are all right on our doorstep, and you are always welcome to contact us for an informal chat about your project.

The Fehmarn Belt Link puts Lolland on the map

The Fehmarn Belt Link will close a gap in the infrastructure between Scandinavia and the continent, turning Lolland-Falster into a key location on the map.

Although the vital German approval is still pending, the Danish preparations for the forthcoming tunnel under the Fehmarn Belt are well underway. LE34 is responsible for securing the acquisition of land and rights for the Fehmarn project through expropriation and voluntary agreements.

The new link will be an 18-kilometre-long immersed tunnel with four tunnel pipes: two for vehicles and two for trains.

Localising and digitising drains helps make the farmer’s life easier

Is your drainage map on an old, yellowing piece of paper? Or maybe you don’t know precisely where your main drainage pipe and wells are, making it difficult to clean them and drain surplus water away from your fields?  LE34’s specialists can help.

We can digitise your old drainage map and, using UAV mapping, we can collect multi-spectral data to determine the position of the drains hidden beneath the ground.
