LE34 Thisted plays an active role in many new projects that contribute to growth, new connections and new opportunities in Thisted and its extensive surrounding area.
For example, we are involved in the construction of the spectacular Thy National Park visitor centre on the landing field in Nørre Vorupør, the major extension to Thisted Bryghus, the town’s brewery, and the Cold Hawaii Inland recreational area, which is slowly beginning to take shape.

The North Sea shapes our identity
The raging sea and the surfing life have left an indelible mark on our coastal towns, which brand themselves as Cold Hawaii. LE34 was the chartered land surveyor for the new Hummerhus, the promenades in Klitmøller and Nørre Vorupør, and the sea pool. And we are also involved in the Cold Hawaii Inland project.

Big, bigger and Thisted Bryghus
The large extension to Thisted Bryghus is a project right in the town centre that can’t fail to draw attention. LE34 subdivided the site and ensured cadastral rectification. We will also be in charge of building stake-outs and surveying during the building project.

Solid foundation for new projects
As a surveying consultancy, we provide local projects with a broad spectrum of services, forming the technical and legal basis for the ongoing process.
For example, we conducted surveys and drew up site plans for Thisted Municipality when they were planning their new recreational facilities, Cold Hawaii Inland, that will connect Limfjorden with the coast. The facilities include surfing lanes, jetties, paths and changing facilities and will be built in stages.
We were also involved in the national test centre for large-scale wind turbines, which was built in Østerild. LE34 has handled land acquisition (via expropriation), surveying and setting out for bases for power pylons and backstays and documentation for environmental impact assessments.
