As chartered land surveyors, we have a finger in many pies in Frederikssund. We are helping build the new swimming pool, the new station in Vinge, the new sewage works in Tørslev and lots of new homes. LE34 has had an office in Frederikssund for over 100 years, and today we are located in the southern part of the town, which makes it easy for us to reach our clients on both sides of the fjord.
Korshøj 8, 3600 FrederikssundThere, wherever you are
LE34 Frederikssund is involved in a broad range of construction projects in the area. We provide classic land surveying services such as subdivision, cadastral rectification, expropriation, site plans, surveying, setting out, registration of cables and pipes, establishment of fixed point networks and as-built documentation.
The new bridge over the fjord, Kronprinsesse Marys Bro, not only makes it faster to cross the water, it makes changes to both land ownership and roads. Senior chartered land surveyor at LE34 Dorte Ellegaard and her team advised the Danish State Commissioner for Expropriations throughout the entire expropriation process, making it possible to release the land needed for the new bridge. We were involved before, during and after the inspection and expropriation proceedings and helped ensure that the guidelines were followed throughout the process.
Brian Bay Johansen, head of department in LE34 Frederikssund and partner
“The location by the fjord makes Frederikssund a popular place, and its excellent transport links stimulate growth in the town. What’s more, this growth is intelligent due to our collaboration with local entrepreneurs, utilities companies, contractors and property owners.”

Frederikssund is an evolving area
Projects that are shaping tomorrow’s Frederikssund include new office buildings, a sports complex with a new swimming pool and the Vinge town and station development. Vinge is one of Denmark’s largest urban development areas and is expected to house between 10,000 and 20,000 inhabitants. LE34 is providing services for all of these projects, to the clients, the contractors and the Municipality of Frederikssund.
However, we are not only involved in the large-scale projects. If you are a homeowner and dream of building an extension or perhaps a carport, we are there, wherever you are, ready to help keep you and your project on track to completion.

From forgotten fjord-side village to fashionable town close to Denmark’s capital
The population of Frederikssund has multiplied in recent decades, and with the new station in Vinge the first tracks have been laid to a new district that will attract even more inhabitants to the area. LE34 is involved in both the urban development and construction of the station in Vinge. Visualisation: Banedanmark.
