We love equipment, and one of our main priorities is to develop and exploit the potential of the newest technologies. UAV mapping is one of the most effective methods for collecting data today. Consequently, we have refined this method using specially built drones.
LE34 Academy
We believe that everyone has the ability to improve. Arrogance and aloofness are foreign concepts to us. Consequently, we expect everyone to be prepared to work on themselves, regardless of their level of experience or expertise. The LE34 Academy provides the framework for all education and development at LE34, and we offer a broad range of courses, from introductions to Building Information Modelling (BIM) and drone operation to project management training.
Good employees usually have one thing in common: good managers. This is why our LE34 Academy focuses on management, motivation and team leadership and on training all of our managers to handle their job. The outcome is job satisfaction, results and successful collaboration.

LE34 talent development
We believe that talented people are motivated by high professional standards. And, above all, we believe that nothing short of the best professional quality will do.
Nevertheless, there are individuals who stand out and become role models – for instance, by having a particularly high level of expertise, by having the personal qualities needed to motivate and lead, or by their distinct business acumen. Our talent programme does not exclude everyone else from developing. It is about spotting who is on the right shelf, and is comfortable there, and who should be working towards a new role.
We love trainees
We love getting to know the next generation of chartered land surveyors, mapping technicians and surveying technicians. Consequently, we prioritise meeting requests for work or project placements with us.
