At LE34 we bridge the gap between ideas and reality – and between all of the technical specialists involved in a project. We now do this across the Oresund strait between Denmark and Sweden, although we are obviously not literally building a bridge. A few years ago, our Malmö office opened its doors to the Swedish market. Since then, LE34 has established two new offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm, but we began our Swedish adventure directly to the east of Copenhagen. Welcome to LE34 Malmö.

A whole new district is springing up in Burlöv Municipality

LE34 is involved in the Kronetorp Park project, a building project that was planned 25 years before it is expected to materialise.

Kronetorp Park creates a vision for a new district, incorporating the dynamics of a blend between pulsating city life and proximity to the good life. The client has great ambitions: the first premises were expected to be ready to move into in the spring of 2017, approximately 28,000 m² of apartment space and approximately 15,000 m² of housing, schools, offices, shops and much more. There will eventually be around 7,000 new homes in Burlöv Municipality.
